CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
Since the products you have purchased are personalized and have limited stock, you only have the right to exchange them.
Once your request is approved, the products must be returned to us within 10 days, complete with the invoice, original box, packaging, and all standard accessories.
When making an exchange, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
The product to be exchanged must be returned in its original packaging/box, with the product labels intact and the packaging/box undamaged or damaged. The product must be returned in its original condition.
After you send us back the product you purchased, we will inspect it.
To exchange a product, it must be returned with an invoice. Products that are no longer resalable and cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted for exchange and will not be refunded.
Once your product arrives at our warehouse, inspection and quality control will be completed within one week. You can track your returns and exchanges by logging in to your account and viewing your "Order Details" in the "My Orders" section.
